W11 instaliacija į laptopą be interneto

Paskutinį kartą kai instaliavau, neradau ir nenukilinau:
oobenetworkconnectionflow.exe
oobenetworkconnectionflowhost.exe

Gal ten buvo naujesnė versija, kaip dabar elgtis, kai prieisiu prie tokio
kompiuterio?

Pamodifikavau vieną iš postų tavo linke:

Begin the Windows 11 installation process by booting from the USB drive.
Follow the prompts until you reach the "Let's connect you to a network"
screen.

Press Shift + F10 to open the Command Prompt. This keyboard shortcut
works during the setup process.

In the Command Prompt, type the following command and press Enter:

oobe�bypassnro

Close the Command Prompt window. The installation process will refresh,
and you should see the option to set up without an internet connection.

Select "I don’t have internet" and proceed with the limited setup.
Create a local account and complete the installation.

    Jei manęs klausi, tai aš tiksliai parašiau ką leist, eilutė tik viena,
    kartoju dar sutrumpintą versiją:

      country" screen.

    3. Type OOBE�BYPASSNRO to disable the Internet connection requirement.

      P.S. Aš šviežiai instaliuojamam kompui VISADA internetą paduodu tik
      tada, kai suinstaliuoju visus gamyklinius draiverius ir viską sutvarkau.
